| Making the filing of the swiss roll using double boil method |

| Whisk egg white till peak foam |

| Add egg yolk mixture to egg white using hands (this process is the most important, if over doing, the sponge cake will be harden) |

| Cover a damp cloth of the sponge cake once is taken out from the oven |
 |
| Spread the filing to the sponge cake |
 |
| Roll it & it will form Swiss Roll :) |
