Making the filing of the swiss roll using double boil method |
Whisk egg white till peak foam |
Add egg yolk mixture to egg white using hands (this process is the most important, if over doing, the sponge cake will be harden) |
Cover a damp cloth of the sponge cake once is taken out from the oven |
Spread the filing to the sponge cake |
Roll it & it will form Swiss Roll :) |
