Swiss Roll Workshop with Mdm Tay Tong San PA Trainer on 22 June 2012

Making the filing of the swiss roll using double boil method
Whisk egg white till peak foam
Add egg yolk mixture to egg white using hands
(this process is the most important, if over doing, the sponge cake will be harden)
Cover a damp cloth of the sponge cake once is taken out from the oven
Spread the filing to the sponge cake
Roll it & it will form Swiss Roll :)

Apply Egg Yolk to the Crust
